Portrait and figure drawing courses hosted by Stanford Continuing Studies. These are formal lecture and studio art classes which teach a method of drawing the human body or portrait realistically. Ideal for painters and sculptors, open to all levels, novice through advanced.

Oil Painting

Oil painting workshops are hosted by the Triton Museum of Art in Santa Clara, CA. Workshops introduce both novice and experienced artists to the "sight-size" method of painting from life. We use a limited palette of colors and build a painting based on a solid drawing.

Varies with class. On-going drawing courses in Los Gatos are $150 for 4 sessions. Stanford and Triton Musuem tuition based on institute rates.
